Growing up Morgan Kayla and Bekah were inseparable. They grew up street apart and did everything from sports to school work together. Sounds cliche because it is. A group of girls growing up together. High school was no different. The plan was to pick a college together rush and be sisters. Rush week was in full swing and the girls had already established a tradition of cold coffee at sweet shop on campus. Bid day was approaching and each day the girls picked the same sororities hoping to be asked back with the intention to end up in the same one. But on the final day the truth came out. Bekah was not interested in being a chi apple pie, she felt better connected to the pi squared sisters and decided that she would rather rush that sorority. After the week of walking steep hills and trying to stay perfectly manicured in the hottest part of the summer tension was high. How could Bekah not want to rush and become sisters with her closest friends? why would she want to change all of that to fit in with new people? The result was a scribbled out name in the sweet shop on campus and the start of new friendships for the girls. College made them different and tore apart a childhood bond, but to the benifit of each girl it forced them to become truer to themselves meet new people and start new experiences that otherwise would have been restricted by the clique they came in with.
